As members of Torquay's diverse community, we witnessed firsthand the struggles of working-class and migrant families searching for quality, affordable childcare. Too often, parents were forced to choose between work and worry, settling for care that didn't meet their children's needs or respect their family values.
We knew there had to be a better way.
